When will you ship the orders?

The sale opens on September 22nd, 9PM JST. You will have time to place your orders until September 25th, 11AM JST. Any orders placed before then will be shipped on the same day. Any orders placed after that time will be shipped out on the next business day. 

Where do you ship?

I can ship to most countries! That being said, I will still check manually so if I cannot ship to a specific country, I will let you know via email.

How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

In my experience, it takes around 7-10 days for the order to arrive. Sometimes, even faster. But this will depend on each countries, and therefore it is best to have an estimate of 14 days for your order to arrive.

Can I change my shipping address?

You can, but please do it as soon as possible.

• Your order number
• Your full name
• Your new shipping address

What happens if my package gets lost?

Once an order is shipped and a tracking number is provided (only for those who chose to add tracking will receive this), any issues or losses that may occur during transit are beyond my control and responsibility. Please contact your post office for more information in this case.
